Philip Williams

President

Philip is a second-generation owner and has been working in store since he was 14 years old. He graduated from Tuscaloosa County High School and has a business management degree from the University of Alabama. He has been married 26 years to his wife Rachael. Rachael has been teaching for 27 years in Tuscaloosa County School System. His children, Hannah (19) and Caleb (16) currently work part time at the store while continuing their education. 

Tony Brown

Vice-President

Toney is co-owner with Philip and has been working at the Northport Location for over 25 years. Tony strives to build personal relationships. It is not unusual now to be selling to third generations of families. Tony and his wife Susan 2 children Anna Kate and Austin.

Anthony Shuttlesworth

Sales--Master Stain Mixer

Anthony has been employed at the Paint Spot since 2002. He worked for Home Depot for 3 years prior and Burno’s grocery for 24 years. Anthony works sales inside and out and has an extensive knowledge of industrial coatings.

Michael Poe

Office Manager--Certified Graco Repair Tech

Mike has been employed at the Paint Spot since 2002 as a clerk, paint spray technician, and account manager. He is a Graco certified repair technician with 8 years of experience. Prior to working at the Paint Spot, Mike was the owner of Poe Development in Fayette. He also worked as an insurance agent for Fayette Insurance Agency. 

Matthew Buszka

Inventory Manager--Certified Graco Repair Tech

Matthew spent 9 years in hardware retail before coming to The Paint Spot in January 2015.  Since then he has been trained to color match all paints, stain, lacquer, and caulk.  He has been to Graco Univeristy to become a certified Painter Sprayer Technician.

Cameron Brister

Sales

Cameron is from Tuscaloosa, Al and graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Human Environmental Science. He has been married for 2 years. Before coming to the Paint Spot Cameron was the paint foreman for a construction company for 2 ½ years. He painted part time while attending UA.
